About
The Berber Museum, located within the Jardin Majorelle, is dedicated to the culture and art of the Berber people, the oldest inhabitants of North Africa. The museum houses a collection of over 600 objects from different regions of Morocco, including traditional costumes, jewelry, musical instruments, textiles, and everyday objects.
The exhibitions offer an in-depth look at Berber history, traditions, and craftsmanship, highlighting the diversity and richness of this ancient culture. The museum is housed in the former painting studio of artist Jacques Majorelle, and its carefully curated layout enhances the beauty and uniqueness of the displayed objects.
The entrance fee to the museum is included in the combined ticket for the Jardin Majorelle and the Musée Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech.
